Heather Reisman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Indigo.
Ms. Reisman is a former Governor of McGill University and of the Toronto Stock Exchange. She has served on many North American boards and not for profit organizations. She continues to serve as a Director of Onex Corporation and The National Library of Israel.
Ms. Reisman has co-executive-produced a number of important documentary films, including Emmy and BAFTA winning, The Social Dilemma, and Fed Up. The Social Dilemma explores the dangerous human impact of social networking and has found resonance around the world having now been seen by over 100 million people. In 2021, Ms. Reisman co-authored Imagine It! A Handbook for a Happier Planet.
Ms. Reisman is an Officer of the Order of Canada and the recipient of nine Honorary Doctorates including from University of Toronto, McGill University, and The Weizmann Institute of Science and The Technion University.
In May 2015, Ms. Reisman was inducted into the Canadian Business Hall of Fame.
Joyce Gray was appointed Chief Customer Officer in September 2023.
Joyce is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve customer experience, increase customer retention and loyalty, as well as drive revenue growth. The Chief Customer Officer works closely with the Executive Team to ensure Indigo’s retail environments are the exceptional service-oriented and welcoming places that earned Indigo the reputation of being a happy place for both customers and employees.
Joyce has spent her career in customer centric roles, including while at The Walt Disney Company, The Gap and during her previous eight-year tenure at Indigo.
Joyce graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising and Business.
Damien Liddle was appointed Chief Administrative Officer in September 2023.
Damien is responsible for leading Indigo’s legal and human resources teams.
Damien joined Indigo in March 2015 holding progressively senior roles within the legal function, most recently as SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. He began his retail career at Target Canada and prior to that practiced law at Torys LLP.
Damien holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Craig Loudon was appointed Chief Operating Officer in September 2023. He formerly held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Supply Chain of the Company from February 2019.
Craig is responsible for Indigo’s supply chain, real estate, finance, accounting, internal audit, loss prevention and procurement teams.
Craig has over 25 years of experience in senior operations and finance roles in the retail, manufacturing, transportation and management consulting industries. He has held progressively senior finance and supply chain roles since joining Indigo in August 2014. Craig also serves as a Board Director for the Indigo Love of Reading Foundation.
Craig holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
Tod Morehead was appointed Chief Merchandising Officer in October 2023.
Tod is accountable for merchandising all general merchandise categories for both online and in store, as well as being responsible for design and sourcing functions.
Tod started his career at Macy’s in San Francisco for the first ten years of his career. Since then, he has taken on increasing responsibility with several respected companies in the U.S., including roles as Vice President of Merchandising at Bath and Body Works, General Merchandise Manager at Dean & Deluca, Executive Vice President of Merchandising at Martha Stewart Living Omni Media and was most recently Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Five Below. Tod was also previously at Indigo from October 2012 to April 2019. He has a wealth of experience and success in building great retail brands and developing new retail business.
Tod holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
Andrew Sutherland was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in November 2023. He joined Indigo as Senior Vice President, Marketing in October 2022.
Andrew is accountable for leading Indigo’s marketing, ecommerce, loyalty, and communications teams.
Prior to joining Indigo, Andrew gained over 20 years of experience building world-class teams and brands with Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Rogers.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
